Sydney, home to
Southern Cross University's Hotel School Sydney, is situated on Australia's south-east coast. The city is built around Port Jackson, which includes Sydney Harbour, leading to the city's nickname, "the Harbour City". It is noted for the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge, and its beaches. The metropolitan area is surrounded by national parks, and contains many bays, rivers and inlets.

At
Southern Cross University's Lismore and Coffs Harbour campuses well established colleges provide on-campus accommodation. Students will find that living on campus is both a time and cost effective option while undertaking university studies. It’s also a great way to make new friends and settle in to the social side of university life.
On-campus accommodation at Coffs Harbour campus is provided in a modern college located only a few hundred metres from the teaching areas. The accommodation is comprised of four bedroom self-catering units, each with its own kitchen, lounge, dining area and bathroom. Each student room is provided with a phone for incoming calls and for access to other campus extensions.
Accommodation at Lismore is provided at three co-educational colleges which are conveniently located within walking distance of the main campus. Students have their own room, complete with bed, mattress, desk, chair, bookcase and built-in wardrobe.
The Student Centre at the Tweed Gold Coast campus currently assists students to locate suitable private accommodation.
