NTU, is aware that providing the right place to live is just as essential as educational facilities and equipment. That’s why it devotes a considerable amount of time and money to guaranteeing its students residences, which are equipped with all the amenities and services needed for stress-free living.

All new students who have accepted a course place at
NTU as their first choice are guaranteed an offer of University-allocated accommodation. Living with other students is an essential part of the university experience and a great way to make new friends. The good news is that Student Accommodation Services will be here to help you get started. As a new
NTU student, your first year’s accommodation is arranged by the University, and throughout your time with the university,
NTU is here to offer advice and support.
You will be offered a safe, secure and comfortable place to live; at a competitive rate and student representatives will be on-hand to support you. Contracts only cover the academic year, so you won’t have to pay over the summer vacation.
There are three different types of university-allocated accommodation with similar facilities:
•The University Partnership Programme (UPP) is the residential and preferred partner offering a wide range of purpose built residences. Rather than the University, it’s UPP that manages every aspect of your accommodation. There will be an office in your residences with a UPP representative should you have any issues.
•The University owned residences provide similar facilities to the UPP residences, but tend to be in smaller blocks of accommodation. The Student Accommodation Services support students living in these residences.
•
Nottingham Trent also offer University managed residences which are managed by the Student Accommodation Service but owned by private landlords.
