NAIT International Education can help students find a place to live by providing listings of home stay, room and board, house, and apartment rentals. Monthly rent for apartments (including shared accommodation) ranges from $300 to $600. Monthly fees for home stay is estimated at about $650 (including meals).
Currently, NAIT does not have student housing on campus. Students can, however, search for rental accommodations via an online housing registry. The registry also lists people who are looking for a roommate from the
Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
